AOTA is seeking experienced and knowledgeable members to join a newly formed Committee on Coding and Reimbursement. This group will play a critical role in guiding the profession’s approach to current and emerging issues in coding, payment policy, and reimbursement.

Members of this committee will:
  • Bring experience, expertise, and deep knowledge related to coding and reimbursement issues facing the OT profession.
  • Provide strategic insight to help inform current coding work across AOTA initiatives.
  • Identify future opportunities and challenges within coding and reimbursement.
  • Help AOTA anticipate the evolving reimbursement needs of the profession and contribute to proactive planning
This opportunity is ideal for practitioners who have direct experience with OT coding or billing, knowledge of reimbursement policy trends, interest in shaping sustainable payment pathways for OT services and a forward-thinking approach to advocacy and policy development.
