I am an Occupational Therapist with various certifications and practices within Primary Care, Orthopedic, and Plastics. I am a long term Community Health volunteer in Health Promotions in Federally Qualified Health Centers and faith based institutions.
My interest is in improving Health Care service delivery model through Change Management. I have served as a charter member of MN County Government Racial Health Equity Action Team on health and wellness initiatives, and founding co-chair of the Health Equity Special Interest Group for the Minnesotan State Professional Association which is responsible for DEI learning development of 695 practioners.
I am an Association of University Centers on Disabilities LEND Fellow and presently completing additional post secondary education.
